prep day today, day zero.
i know i totally failed before, like five months before but i’m determined to do this. i’m gonna post my motivations and reasons up tomorrow, day one.

the-fit-girl asked: You seem like a really sweet person, and I wish you all the luck! However, going from 75kg to 45kg is really a lot in a year. And even loosing just 10 kg in a year is incredible. So if you do not reach your goal this year, be proud of what you will have accomplished anyway. Because it's also aboth health and being happy. (we can do this!)
awwww thankyou alot lovely!! ♥ :) i hope you achieve all your goals and become that super beautiful (not saying you aren’t already!) person you want to be :) GOOD LUCK TO YOU TOO, and yes we can do this! hahaha i know :( but i’ve always yoyo-ed my weight alot :( so i want to just once and for all lose all this flubber blubber :) yeah i know, 75- 45 is alot in one year, but i’m going to do it the healthiest way possible (ie, drinking water, eating healthier, no more being bored and eating, being more active and exercising! like walking up the stairs instead of taking the lift eg) so yeah! haha :) i’ve already lost… 4 kg since i started :O hope it’s not just beginners luck haha ♥ LETS DO IT TOGETHER! if you need any motivation or anything at all, i’ll be here to talk :) ♥

Today is my day two! and i’ve told myself i cant be obsessive about weighing myself :) so i’ve set my “weigh day” for March the 4th, next friday :) by that time, i hope i’m at least 68 kg, but for now i’m not going to check on my weight everytime i get home/after i eat something etc etc. hehehe, SO,
CHECKLIST!
exercise for 30 mins ✓ (dance for 20 mins + 10 mins of weights & exercises)
walk home 2 stops before ✓
drank water ✓
binge free day: TWO! :)
(ps, did you know.. if you can go binge free for 23 days, you can go binge free forEVER! i’m gonna do this yay!)
breakfast: tomato, seaweed soup, 1 piece of roasted meat & 3 dumplings
lunch: tomato, 3 cheesecrackers, muesli bar, 1 dumpling
dinner: soup! :)
Yay, hope i can keep this up hehehe :)
